In 2025, SIG Green is marking fifteen years since its founding. In addition to our regular activities, such as webinars and conference tracks on IS and sustainability, a variety of special events are planned to celebrate the occasion and give members an opportunity to reflect on the past and how we can continue to move the environmental agenda forward within the AIS and the IS global community.

Workshop: August 13, 8:30-12:30 : The Digital Collage is a unique, hands-on session for educators, researchers, and professionals committed to integrating digital sustainability into their work. This workshop is co-hosted by AIS SIG Green, the AIS Doctoral Student College, and AIS SIG Education and covers the full lifecycle impact of digital tech, from raw materials through energy consumption to e-waste.
