Registration for NEAIS 2025 is now open! Please click the following link to register for the conference:

NEAIS is an AIS-affiliated chapter.  To register for theNEAIS conference, participants need to have an active AIS membership.  If you are not an AIS member, please visit https://aisnet.org/ to join. The AIS membership rates vary with a few factors, and you can find detailed information here: https://aisnet.org/page/MembRatesTable . In the process of joining AIS, you will have an option to also join our chapter, NEAIS. The regular NEAIS chapter membership fee, additional to AIS membership, is $10 annually and free for doctoral students and retired/emeritus faculty members.

The NEAIS conference is free for current NEAIS chapter members and $10 for AIS members that are not in the NEAIS chapter. All current NEAIS members will receive a promo code to waive the $10 conference registration fee. If you are a current AIS member but not in the NEAIS chapter yet, you can join NEAIS here: NEAIS Membership.  (To join NEAIS, you must be a current AIS member.) We expect to distribute the conference registration promo code to NEAIS members via emails in late September, shortly after the conference registration opens.  If you just recently joined the NEAIS chapter in or after September 2025, or if you are a current member but did not receive the NEAIS 2025 conference registration promo code, please contact the chapter at neaisconf@gmail.com and copy the email to the chapter secretary, Dr. Kui Du, at kui.du@umb.edu .
