Conference Information:
The New England Chapter of the Association for Information Systems (NEAIS) is excited to invite submissions for its annual conference in 2025, to be held at the College of Management, University of Massachusetts Boston. In the past, this conference has attracted wide participation from AIS members both in the Northeastern region of United States and international and domestic scholars from other regions. Ph.D. students and junior faculty members are particularly welcome to join and share their research.

Submission Deadline: Friday, August 22, 2025. Extended to Friday, August 29,2025
Decision to Authors: Friday, September 12, 2025
Camera Ready Copy Due: Friday, September 19, 2025
Conference Format and Registration:
The NEAIS 2025 conference format will be in-person only. University of Massachusetts Boston, as the conference site, is very conveniently located near the highway (Interstate 93), Boston’s subway and commuter rail systems (the JFK/UMass station on the Red line) and Boston Logan airport (less than 10 miles away). Registration is required to attend, but there is no conference fee. The registration link will be available on the conference website at a later date. All conference participants must join the NEAIS chapter before or at the beginning of the conference. The NEAIS membership fee is $10 annually for AIS members but is waived for doctoral students and Retired/Emeritus faculty. Submissions:
Please submit your paper via the EasyChair system using the following link: https://easychair.org/conferences?conf=neais2025
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another conference or journal. Submissions may be in the form of one or more of the following: completed research papers and research-in-progress papers.
Abstracts of accepted papers will appear in the electronic conference proceedings, available from AIS eLibrary. The authors retain the copyright to their work. At least one author must register for and present at the conference. High-quality submissions will be considered for two Best Paper awards, sharing $1,000 in total.

Submission Types:
- Completed Research: Completed research papers should be no more than 2,500 words, including all materials and sections such as figures, tables, and references.
- Research-in-Progress: Research-in-progress proposals (extended abstracts) or a summary of tentative results of the study to date of 500-1000 words.
