REGISTRATION DEADLINE 

The registration deadline is March 19, 2026. Onsite registration will not be accepted. 

REGISTRATION FEES

The registration fees are listed in US Dollars; payment is also required in US Dollars. All participants must pay the applicable registration fees, including workshop speakers, paper presenters, session moderators and conference committee members.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Substitutions are permitted at no additional fee until March 20. To request a substitution please email the name and email address of the AIS member registration recipient to studentchapters@aisnet.org. Please note the person you are transferring your registration to must register as the same registration type.

INVITATION LETTER REQUEST

If you need an invitation letter to obtain a visa to attend SCLC 2026, please follow the steps below:

  1. Please verify that your student chapter holds a current AIS membership.
  2. Complete the conference registration process. (Coming soon!)
  3. Complete the Invitation Letter Request Form

The AIS Office will begin issuing letters in early January 2026 and will issue invitation letters within two business days upon receipt of the completed request. 

Please Note: Visa requests can take several weeks, registrants are strongly encouraged to apply for the Letter of Invitation no later than 2 months prior to the conference.
