Check-In: All presenting teams must check in at the door of their challenge room 30 minutes before their designated start time.
Presentation Format: Each team will have 15 minutes to present, followed by 10 minutes of Q&A from the judges, and a 5-minute buffer for transitions.
AV Setup: An HDMI and USBC cable will be provided. Teams should plan to present from their own laptop.
Spectators: Students from your university are welcome to observe but may not ask questions during Q&A. Individuals not affiliated with a presenting team's university are not permitted in the room.
