On-Site Competition Guidelines

Check-In: All presenting teams must check in at the door of their challenge room 30 minutes before their designated start time.

Presentation Format: Each team will have 15 minutes to present, followed by 10 minutes of Q&A from the judges, and a 5-minute buffer for transitions.

Reminders

  • Updates: Your final presentation may be updated from the initial submission.  Please use this opportunity to strengthen and refine your work before the deadline.
  • No university identifying information: This includes your school name, logo, mascot, department names, or any other references that could identify your institution. University identifying information should not be in your introduction or presentation.
    No school colors:
    Presentation materials and attire should not feature your school's colors.

AV Setup: An HDMI and USBC cable will be provided. Teams should plan to present from their own laptop.

Spectators:

• Competing students may not watch presentations in their own track before they have presented. Once they have presented, they are welcome to stay and watch the remaining presentations in their track.
 
• Non-competing attendees are welcome to watch any competition.
 
• Please keep all information from the presentations confidential — do not share what you see or hear with others.
