The Brandeis International Business School invites applications for an Assistant Professor (tenure track) appointment in Data Science beginning Fall 2023. We are seeking exceptional candidates with interdisciplinary interests in a wide range of topics such as data analytics, business analytics, machine learning, deep learning, artificial intelligence, data visualization, and big data. Candidates should possess a PhD in Data science, Statistics or a related field by the start of employment and must show strong potential for high quality scholarly research and a passion for teaching analytical topics such as machine learning, econometrics, operations management, and healthcare analytics using Python, R, Excel, and SQL.

SCIM OPEN-RANK TENURE-TRACK HIRE – ANNOUNCEMENT

 

The Supply Chain and Information Management Group of the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University is seeking candidates for multiple open tenured or tenure-track positions at all levels (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor) in the broad thematic areas of (1) technology, digital economies, and privacy, (2) sustainability and resilience, (3) health and technology/data, and (4) modeling. Within these broad themes, we are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in business analytics, information and data security, supply chain sustainability and resilience, healthcare supply chain, and mathematical modeling and decision science.

Assistant Professor of Operations Management

 

The Charlton College of Business at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth is seeking to fill a position at the Assistant Professor level to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Operations Management, effective September 1, 2023.

Minimum requirements: Required by the starting date of employment is a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Operations Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field. The successful candidate is expected to have a demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching and research. Applicants should have an active agenda of field-appropriate research with demonstrated capabilities and accomplishments.  Teaching responsibilities will include courses in Management of Healthcare Operations, Lean Operations in Health Care, Creating Value Through Operations Analysis, Project Management, and similar courses designed specifically for the MS Healthcare Management and Operations Management major. Teaching covers both undergraduate and graduate students in the College of Business. Organizational / consulting experience and experience in grant writing is desirable.
