REGISTRATION FEES

The registration fees are listed in US Dollars; payment is also required in US Dollars. All participants must pay the applicable registration fees, including workshop speakers, paper presenters, session moderators and conference committee members.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Substitutions are permitted at no additional fee. To request a substitution please email the name of the AIS member whom you would like to transfer your registration to and their email address to studentchapters@aisnet.org. Please note the person you are transferring your registration to must register as the same registration type and have the same AIS membership status.

INVITATION LETTER REQUEST

If you need an invitation letter to obtain a visa to attend SCLC 2024, please follow the steps below:

  1. Please verify that your student chapter holds a current AIS membership.
  2. Complete the conference registration process.
  3. Complete the Invitation Letter Request Form

The AIS Office will begin issuing letters on January 2, 2024.  After January 2, AIS staff will issue the invitation letter within two business days upon receipt of the completed invitation letter request form. 

Please Note: Visa requests can take several weeks, registrants are strongly encouraged to apply for the Letter of Invitation no later than 2 months prior to the conference.
