I am currently a Professor of Information Technology at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in the Robert A. Foisie School of Business. My research expertise centers on the intersection of technology and the user. Over the past 20 years, I have focused on how people feel about the technology they use and how technologies, such as the Web, can improve users’ experiences.
