Purpose of the Forum
By Richard Watson

We have created an AIS forum for issues related to Covid-19 that members think are worthy of discussion and incidents or activities relevant to our research and teaching, and anything else appropriate. We ask that politically contentious comments not directly related to the members concerns are kept to a minimum as these could soon overwhelm the discussion. There are many other forums for such matters.

Alan Dennis, as AIS President will post the first commentary and we have some other folks willing to get the discussion rolling.
