27th Annual SAIS -  Conference Details

The 27th SAIS Submission site is now open for submissions!

Each year, SAIS hosts an intimate gathering of approximately one hundred participants here in the southeastern U.S. It is our pleasure to invite you to the 27th annual SAIS conference. 

When:

    • Doctoral Consortium (New): March 13th, 2025
    • Full Conference: March, 14th-15th, 2025

Registration Rates


The following describes the registration requirements for each type of registrant. Undergraduate and Master’s students must email the VP-Conference Chair at conferencechair@southernais.org to confirm their status and register for the conference at a reduced rate.

Note: If you are a region 2 or region 3 scholar, please contact conferencechair@southerais.org for a discounted registration rate.

There is an exception for students not officially enrolled in a PhD program. If this applies to you, before registering please contact the SAIS president (president@southernais.org).

Sponsorship

The Southern Association for Information Systems (SAIS) is a volunteer-managed, official chapter of AIS, a non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of knowledge and the promotion of excellence in the practice and study of information systems. Support from IT partner organizations and educational institutions are essential to the continued operations of SAIS.

President’s Lunch sponsorship ($2500) includes the following benefits:

  • A table in the exhibit area
  • Two full registrations or 3 doctoral student registrations for attending the conference including official meals

President’s Reception sponsorship ($1500) includes the following benefits:

  • A table in the exhibit area
  • 1 Full or 2 doctoral student registrations for attending the conference including official meals
  • Organization logo inside the conference program
  • Organization logo on conference web site with hyperlink to organization site
  • Official certificate of sponsorship
  • Half page ad in conference program
  • Opportunity to add bag inserts

Silver sponsorship ($750) includes the following benefits:

  • One doctoral/graduate student registration for attending the conference including official meals
  • Organization literature at an unmanned table in the exhibit area
  • Organization logo inside the conference program
  • Organization logo on conference web site with hyperlink to organization site
  • Quarter page ad in conference program

Exhibit Space ($650) includes the following benefits:

  • One 6 Foot Table
  • One Meeting Registration
  • Additional Table Space can be added for $150 (per 6 foot table)
  • Additional Meeting Registrations can be added for only $100/person

Full-Page Ad ($250)  in the On-Line Program at southernais.org

  • logo in printed program.

Coffee Break ($450 as a primary sponsor or $300 as a co-sponsor)
