  1. The 2025 Pre-ICIS SIGDSA Symposium was successfully held from December 13 to December 14 in conjunction with the International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS 2025) in Nashville, Tennessee.   2. The 2025 AMCIS Conference was successfully held in Montreal, Canada. SIGDSA participated by contributing to its SIG track. Here are the proceedings associated with it. 
  3. The 2024 Pre-ICIS SIGDSA Symposium was successfully held from December 14 to December 15 in conjunction with the International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS 2024) in Bangkok, Thailand.  More information on our Symposium can be found here.
  4. The 2024 AMCIS Conference was successfully held in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. SIGDSA participated by contributing to its SIG track. Here are the proceedings associated with it. 
  5. The  2023 Pre-ICIS SIGDSA Symposium was successfully conducted on December 10-13, 2023 (Hyderabad, India). The symposium was held in conjunction with the Association for Information Systems’ International Conference on Information Systems.
  6. The 2023 AMCIS Conference was successfully held in Panama City, Panama. SIGDSA participated by contributing to its SIG track. Here are the proceedings associated with it. 
  7. The  2022 Pre-ICIS SIGDSA Symposium was successfully held on December 9-10, 2022 (Copenhagen, Denmark). The symposium was hybrid in nature and was in conjunction with the International Conference on Information Systems.
  8. The 2022 AMCIS Conference was successfully held in Minneapolis, USA. SIGDSA participated by contributing to its SIG track. Here are the proceedings associated with it. 
  9. The  2021 hybrid Pre-ICIS SIGDSA Symposium on Analytics and AI for a Sustainable and Resilient Future was successfully held on December 11-12, 2021 (Austin, Texas). The symposium was conducted in conjunction with the Association for Information System’s International Conference on Information Systems which was scheduled for December 12-15, 2021 (Austin, Texas). The symposium theme was “Analytics and AI for Sustainable Future”.
  10. The 2021 AMCIS Conference was successfully held virtually. It was originally planned in Montreal, Canada. SIGDSA participated by contributing to its SIG track. Here are the proceedings associated with it. 
  11. SIGDSA successfully conducted the 2020 Pre-ICIS SIGDSA Symposium on December 13-16 in Hyderabad, India. The symposium was held in conjunction with the Association for Information System’s International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS 2020).   12. 2019 Pre-ICIS SIGDSA Symposium was successfully held in Munich, Germany on December 15-18, 2019. The theme of the symposium was “Inspiring mindset for Innovation with Business Analytics and Data Science”. More information about it can be found here.

  14. On Sunday, December 10, 2017 SIGDSA successfully conducted the 2017 Pre-ICIS SIGDSA Symposium in Seoul, South Korea. The 2017 Pre-ICIS SIGDSA Symposium brought together academic and industry experts and professionals who share a common passion for research and pedagogy innovations in the field of business analytics and decision support science! This Symposium was a joint collaboration of the Association for Information Systems and Special Interest Group on Decision Support and Analytics (SIGDSA).

  16. 2015 Business Analytics Congress was held December 12 to December 13th from 8am to 5pm (Omni Fort Worth Hotel, Texas, USA).   17. SIGDSA Annual Meeting at AMCIS 2015 was held August 14th (Friday), 6:00pm-8:00pm at Las Croabas B (First Floor), El Conquistador hotel (AMCIS Conference Hotel)
  18. DSS2014 and IDSS Open Conference were held 2-5 June 2014 at the Universite Pierre et Marie Curie – Campus Jussieu, Paris, France. This event was jointly sponsored by IFIP WG 8.3* and AIS SIGDSA.
