Call for Proposals

Members of AIS Student Chapters are invited to submit proposals for conference panels. Student-led panels provide a career-enhancing professional experience and an opportunity to share with your peers. They also offer the kind of professional growth employers value.
Please submit your proposal for a 55-minute workshop on the topic of your choice. We suggest 40 minutes of content and 15 minutes for Q&A/Discussion. Please send any questions to the University of Alabama organizing team at ais2025@ua.edu.

UA Innovate Hackathon Following The 2025 AIS SCLC

Following the 2025 AIS SCLC, The University of Alabama will be hosting their annual Hackathon, UA Innovate, which is open to all students. This will be a traditional 24-hour hackathon, no prior preparation is needed. UA Innovate will kick off on 3/29/2025 and conclude on 3/30/2025. Please consider staying for the weekend to participate in this exciting event!
