    AMCIS SIGSEC Reception

    The AIS's SIGSEC Logo Competition

The Special Interest Group on Information Security and Privacy (SIGSEC) of the Association of Information Systems (AIS) is proud to announce the AIS's SIGSEC Logo Competition. AISSIGSEC is one of the oldest standing SIGs with over 250 members, and we're looking for an innovative logo that will fit next to the "SIGSEC" header image above (the one with "SIGSEC AIS SPECIAL INTEREST GROUP IN INFORMATION SECURITY AND PRIVACY"). We wish to ensure that the logo includes the following three terms: "AIS", "SIGSEC", and "Information Security and Privacy". The logo must be original and created by the individual or team that submits it. Because SIGSEC will use the logo for official SIGSEC documents, notices, awards, and conferences, we ask that the winning team relinquishes the copyright of the logo to SIGSEC. The image size should be set to 600x200 and sent in PNG format @ 300dpi or higher.

The competition will include three awards (teams will receive equal parts of the winning award):
    • 1st place: $150.00
    • 2nd place: $100.00
    • 3rd place: $50.00
A special committee has been established to select the top three SIGSEC Logo Competition winners and issue the award. Questions related to the SIGSEC Logo Competition should be addressed to Professor Yair Levy (levyy@nova.edu).

Submissions should be sent to Professor Levy via levyy@nova.edu. Please ensure the phrase "SIGSEC Logo Competition" is included in the subject of the email. Submit your logo via email NO LATER THAN October 14, 2018!
