About SIG OSRA

SIG OSRA is a Special Interest Group (SIG) of the Association of Information Systems. SIG OSRA promotes research and application of information and communication technology to support work processes, improve employee performance, and enhance overall organizational effectiveness in direct support of goals and strategies.

SIG OSRA invites the participation of researchers and other professionals with an interest in integrating information and communication technologies in the workplace. Areas of interest include end-user innovation, business process redesign, project management, security, technology training and support, work group technologies, knowledge management, social media in the workplace, and technology adoption, assimilation and use. Interests span a broad range of technology and applications. Research related to curriculum issues, service learning, and other pedagogical topics—including teaching cases—is also of interest.

The special interest group is open to all types of research. SIG OSRA also supports a model curriculum for end-user information systems and a long-standing peer-refereed journal, the Information Technology, Learning, and Performance Journal (ITLPJ.)
