CACAIS is the premier academic association for individuals and organizations who lead the research, teaching, practice,and study of information systems, e-business, e-commerce,and e-Marketing in the region of Central Africa which includes Cameroon, The Central African Republic, Chad, The Democratic Republic of the Congo, Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, São Tomé and Príncipe.
This chapter has a strong link with MENA-AIS, East Africa AIS and West Africa AIS as well with other AIS communities around the Mediterranean such as Italian, French, Greek, Lebanese, and Cypriot communities.
