Melissa Heeke serves as Membership Director for AIS. She is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) and holds a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications from Indiana State University and a master’s degree in Leadership Development from St. Mary-of-the-Woods College.
As an association management professional with two decades of experience, Melissa brings an array of knowledge in volunteer management, leadership development, initiating and expanding member engagement programs, and membership growth. Her duties with AIS include working with members and communities to help promote the association and its service to members.
